Fantastic involvement in playing tabla, don’t you think?  I love the smile and expression on the tabla player‘s face.  Pure joy.

Hair flying, Huge Smile – a Tabla Player captured on camera

A tabla player caught in full enjoyment.  I love how the hair is flying and there is a huge smile on his face as he performs as a contemporary tabla fusion ensemble.

Contemporary Tabla Fusion

This is a picture of a contemporary tabla fusion ensemble – Tabla Taandav, that I saw last year.  These tabla players totally rocked the stage.  The tabla ensemble is composed by Tabla Guru Pandit Divyang Vakil.  Even people who aren’t huge fans of tabla were on their feet giving them a standing ovation.  Kya Baat Hai!
